Palos Bible Church

What is AWANA?

Awana is a Bible-based curriculum that partners with parents to nurture faith at home. It encourages Scripture memorization and Bible study skills while fostering meaningful relationships with peers and leaders. Designed to connect kids with loving and caring adults, Awana helps children develop a sense of belonging and discipleship, cultivating a deep and lasting faith. This is supported by the use of Awana workbooks during small group time, which help children focus on learning, memorizing, and understanding God’s Word.

To help cover the cost of AWANA, there is a $40 registration fee.

If you need assistance with these costs, there are loving and compassionate individuals at Palos Bible Church who are willing to help, so finances won’t prevent your child from participating in Awana.

Wednesday nights 7:00-8:15 PM during the school year
(September through April)

AWANA Kids Club will begin on September 4th, 2024, for potty-trained children ages 3 through 5th grade.

Parents may decide whether their 6th-grade child continues in AWANA at PBC or transitions to Student Ministries, which also meets on the same day.
